Coordinator - Continuity Marketing Operations

The Continuity Marketing Operations Department

 is designed for

customer loyalty and retention.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to handle inbound and outbound calls as well as work on a variety of projects.  Responsible for ensuring customer retention by maintaining a strong relationship and positive customer experience.  Activities will include price plan analysis, contract renewals, equipment orders, including data products, and welcome calls.  The position is responsible for tracking and reporting results of programs. 

A two-year college degree or above is required.  Demonstrated ability to be flexible and rapidly adapt to change a must! Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.  Solid organizational skills and strong judgment required.  Strong listening, problem solving and negotiation skills. Ability to handle large volume of work while maintaining focus on customer.  Prior experience in Telemarketing, Retail, Sales or Customer Service preferred.
